    Supervisor Manufacturing Support Group - Electron Microscopy

    The Function

    In this function you are responsible for all the repair, maintenance and calibration activities in our OPS organization. You lead a team of professional engineers. Different tasks are:

    repair and analyses different TEM modules via work orders – repair and analyses complete Phenom systems via work orders – ordering tooling and tooling boxes – responsible for cleaning street – maintenance and calibration factory tooling incl hoisting

    The Position

    Specific responsibilities are:

    • Leading a team of 10-16 professional Engineers
    • Repair and analyses different TEM modules and complete Phenom systems via workorders
    • Follow up MTTR for all workorders
    • Responsible for cleaning street including maintenance
    • Working on improvements via Thermofisher processes
    • Independent tracing and analyses to solve problem
    • Organizing team activities, increasing work productivity, capacity planning
    • Responsible for maintenance and calibration of dedicate factory tooling including hoist.
    • Administration of specified records and reports
    • Responsibility of employees substitutability
    • Subordinates training and education
    • Yearly NEN3140 inspection

    The Requirements

    The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

    • MBO Level in engineering or business by education or experience
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience as groupsleader
    • Able to do analyses and interpretations of physics, optics, mechanics, software, technical data and deviations
    • Experience with assembly, final setting and testing
    • Experience with work on vacuum modules
    • Experience in optimizing and improving production processes
    • Experience in shopfloor management by lean principles
