Student assistant MSc Strategic Management (0.3 FTE)
The MSc Strategic Management Program is looking for a student assistant to support the Academic Director, starting March 1st, 2021. We are looking for an independent and flexible student with great attention for detail. The working hours are very flexible and will be determined in consultation with the student.
The job
The responsibilities of the student assistant will include:
- The organisation of various meetings and taking minutes
- Administrative support of the Academic Director
- Facilitation of kick-off sessions for the new entrants
- Assistance with the organisation of graduation ceremonies, open days and master experience days
- Updating our LinkedIn group
- Managing the Canvas page for the master program
Your profile
What we are looking for:
- A student who has passed the courses in the premaster program Strategic Management
- A self-driven, flexible student who has great attention for detail and who loves working with people
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, in oral and written communication
- Great affinity with LinkedIn, and support programs such as Canvas, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Forms

- 0.3 FTE (12 hours per week) position as student assistant, in principle for the periods of March 1 2021 until July 1, 2021, and from September 1, 2021 until February 1, 2022. Details can be discussed.
- Start date: March 1, 2021
- Salary in accordance with the relevant grade for student assistants according to the collective labor agreement (CLA) Dutch Universities. The salary to be granted to a student-assistant is determined by the number of ECTS credits attained. A minimum of 60 ECTS attained is required for the position of student assistant.
- Holiday allowance (8% in May), and end-of-year bonus (8.3% in December).
- All university employees are covered by the so-called civil servants pension fund (ABP).
