    Stores Experience Insights Manager

    What will you be doing?
    Sitting in the Consumer Direct Sciences (CDS) team, you will be at the heart of the digitally led Direct to Consumer business, and you will help the team make data-driven decisions that will drive performance, targeting both commercial and consumer engagement metrics. CDS Stores focus on delivering the actionable insights needed to reach our full potential across our fleet of stores. Our mission is to build unbreakable shopper relationships powered by decision-ready insights!
    Reporting to the CDS Stores Analytics Director, your areas of focus in this role will be;
    • To generate key insights to improve Nike Member experience in stores
    • Generating insights on consumer experience of new store concepts
    • Accelerating member experience of Online to Offline (O2O) services
    • Building new tools and capabilities for the business teams – Nike Stores business teams
    • Analyzing Nike Stores performance within the wider Key City location ecosystem

    Who you will work with;
    You will partner with Nike Direct Stores business teams both in identifying strategic focus for the business and in bringing a holistic understanding of future growth opportunities.
    What you will bring;
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail store insights or web store insights. Omnichannel digitally led retail experience is preferred
    • Experience in analysis to drive the optimization of the consumer experience, both online and in stores
    • The ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses and make recommendations for functional and cross-functional business partners
    • Strong toolset skills required; business analytics/visualization tools (especially Tableau), advanced Excel, testing/optimization tools; some experience with SQL tools (in particular Databricks) and member/loyalty data is beneficial
    • Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate in cross-functional teams
    • Knowledge and hands-on creation of key artifacts including use cases, user stories, user acceptance criteria, configuration stories, or specifications
    • Proven ability to prioritize workload, and the capabilities to lead multiple workstreams and projects
    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Science IT or a related field
