WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Store Openings Manager, to be based out of the European HQ offices in Hilversum, The Netherlands.
Our stores opening team are responsible for ensuring we open new doors and convert existing stores to bring the Unite concept alive for consumers, as part of the overall marketplace ambitions we have. They have excellent people management & communication skills, the ability to manage complex / dynamic projects across multiple functions and are results driven.
You will be responsible for leading a cross functional program for opening new or refitted stores. This will include upfront alignment and follow ups with key stakeholders to ensure stores open on time and efficiently as possible. You will be proactive in foreseeing potential challenges and solving them in partnership with the teams involved. As part of the roll out of the Unite concept you will be responsible for providing feedback to the Value Retail Team as part of a post opening review process.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting into the Store Development Director, you will work with your colleagues in the Value Retail Concepts team to land and evolve the Unite concept into the fleet. As part of this plan you will work closely with a broad range of teams including: Store Construction; Tech Enablement: Merchandising; Brand Marketing; Visual Merchandising & Field Go teams to name but a few
5 years+ retail experience in either head office or field roles.
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple & competing work priorities, demands & changes.
Strong understanding of processes including experience working with project management tools & techniques
Lead and influence cross functional peers through strong communication & interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel, between 5 – 10%.
