One very important topic across all functions here at Kraft Heinz is the KPI (Key Performance Indicator), a measure that enables the company to evaluate if we are achieving our targets and reaching our business objectives. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will be the leader of the KPIs and the Metrics both for the domestic and international markets.
This position will be leading all aspects related to the KPIs: how the measures are structured, how is the performance of the metrics, how are the targets defined, and at which level of breakdown. Most importantly, this position requires a key role in defining the process for collecting and analyzing the results of the KPIs: where are the gaps and how can we tackle them.
The second main responsibility of this role is to support the performance lead with the Management by Objectives Program (MBO) for the Global Business Excellence (GBE) team. By having complete knowledge of the KPIs, this position will be able to support the managers to identify the best KPIs to measure the performance of employees in various teams, from logistics to procurement.
Key Components of the role
Develop and implement best practices for the Global Center of Excellence
Establish controls and processes to better manage the KPIs
Deploy the best practices and controls across the international zones and train the local performance team on how to perform them
Interact with the performance team to better understand the behavior of the regions as well as the functions (from finance and HR to legal and sales)
Guarantee that the KPIs and controls are always updated and reflecting our business results
Support the Zone Performance Lead in creating and updating the MBOs for the GBE team
Support the Zone Performance Lead to complete the deliverables for each step of the MBO cycle
Strong discipline and execution are key for success in this role
Solid quantitative and analytical skills as well as a mindset for streamlining processes
Ease to set priorities and work with tied timelines
Flexibility, hard work and resilience to work in an environment that is constantly changing
Entrepreneurship, non-traditional thinking and proactivity are very important in managing the diverse stakeholders
Excitement to work with data analytics, KPI definition, establishment of metrics and process improvement

1-3 years working experience in a large, multinational company
Corporate related background, operations is desirable
Proven track record of problem solving and ownership, being able to take on entrepreneurial challenges with simple and effective approaches
Project Management skillset, comfortable with negotiating and influencing massive and diverse audiences
Has excellent communications skills and is a team player
Ability to navigate, transit and relate from the VPs to the shop floor. Capable of working cross-function in a matrix organization, breaking department walls
Intense results-driven approach and capable of dealing with large volume of data
Comfortable being uncomfortable
Able to think is a holistic way to constructively share objective analysis and insights with the organization
Capable of working across multiple audiences and a diverse set of countries/nationalities
