    In this role you have the opportunity to

As a BPO you play a pivotal role to secure we all follow lean, standard processes to serve our customers with speed and excellence.

    You are responsible for

    • The Definition, Build and Deployment of Risk & Compliance processes that represents voice of customer, business, markets, functions, countries, regulators and other key stakeholders;
    • Owning Compliance Management processes and establishing and maintaining a standardized compliance management framework;
    • Establishing and maintaining Expert/Key User Communities of Practice (CoP), ensuring people competencies/capabilities are in place to execute the standard process in the Risk & Compliance process domain;
    • Establishing accurate Risk & Compliance process performance tracking and adoption monitoring;
    • Continuous Improvement & Sharing of knowledge and best practices to helps solving systemic problems and drive impact.


    You are part of

    • The Risk & Compliance Center of Excellence (R&C CoE). The R&C CoE enables structural collaboration between the various R&C domains across Philips (such as ERM, Regulatory, Legal, Security, Continuity Health & Safety, Sustainability) to improve transparency, alignment, innovation and standardization of the of the Philips wide R&C framework. You will work with your R&C CoE team members and various agile teams to define and implement the x-company R&C Strategy, deploy standard processes (Philips Excellence Process Framework) and tools, and drive excellence in R&C.


    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Masters generally accepted Compliance and Control frameworks such as COSO, ISO
    • Proven record of accomplishment in the definition and deployment of Compliance and Control frameworks and other Governance, Risk & Compliance areas > 10 years of experience.
    • Broad understanding of the full range of businesses challenges and the trends within the business model to contextualize risk & compliance challenges
    • Experience in a core process environment in a global, multicultural environment
    • Strong leadership and influencing skills, identifies gaps and takes action to address and resolve them.
    • Change Management and Communication for success, excellent writing & communication skills, as well as interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management.
    • Counselor of a broad range of stakeholders, able to have a peer-to-peer relationship with executive business/market leaders and content experts
    • Data-driven decision-making and the ability to move teams through vague and complex situations to develop clearly defined programs.
    • Business Process Management, Operational excellence and Performance management and leading improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin or 6-sigma)
    • Prior project- and change management experience driving large and complex quality continuous improvement programs and projects, with demonstrated success and impact on quality KPI’s;
    • Implementation of and working with Governance, Risk and Compliance tools;
    • Proven experience in a medical device or regulated industry;
    • Be passionate about the Philips Mission.
