On the Uber Eats Regional Operations team, we serve the business and local markets by helping scale our most impactful processes and initiatives, and drive innovation in the region. The Marketplace Operations team is responsible for building the tools and processes, as well as partnering with product and engineering teams to launch products that make sure that all actors find value on our platform (Couriers, Restaurants, Eaters, and Uber itself).
You will be joining the Marketplace Health team that focuses on providing outstanding delivery experience: improving reliability across all business-lines (making sure that whatever is ordered on Uber Eats - gets delivered), minimizing fraud on the platform and enabling end-to end operations with new payment methods, such as cash.
What You'll Do
Build and launch processes: create new and scale existing processes across the EMEA Region to improve reliability across all business-lines, minimize fraud on the platform and improve efficiency of cash operations
Analytics & data driven decision making: use advanced data analytics to measure performance and build detailed Dashboards, investigate and deep dive into possible areas of improvements
Project-management and execution: based on your spot on root-cause analysis, create improvement plans and execute
Automation: work with automation specialists to create, maintain and improve reliability of processes that power UberEats Marketplace
Ensure the interface between EMEA Operations and Product teams: work with Marketplace and Risk Product teams to experiment and rollout products in EMEA (gathering and structuring product asks, deploying new product features, measuring impact, tracking & follow-up on bugs)
Stakeholder management & collaboration: you will work with a diverse set of partners, adding new value to local country teams while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the EMEA (other Regional Operations teams, Legal, Customer Support) or other regions (product and engineering teams, central risk team)
