    Become part of Cardiology Informatics – a growing global business category within Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics. Cardiology is one of the four growth pillars of Philips. In order to accelerate our ambition and the promise of the Quadruple Aim – better health outcomes, improved patient experience, improved staff satisfaction, and lower cost of care – we are currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager to manage our 3rd party integrations, both from software as well as from organization & governance perspective.

    You are responsible for

    • Leading our 3rd Party integration projects including initiation, release, launch and maintenance while having an end-to-end scope (Customer needs and commitments, Sales, Service & Support, Marketing, Product Management, R&D) and focus on pristine Quality and Regulatory compliance. Successful project managers utilize (business) risk management, resource management, change management and project management in all its aspects. You will work with many (senior) stakeholders across businesses, functions, locations, and cultures

    • Formulating - and executing the integration plans in consultation with business partners, management and managing all stakeholders involved.

    • Defining and managing the projects professionally with knowledge of the necessary technological aspects, including the definition of way of working internal and external/formal agreements/ acceptance criteria/support and maintenance models/alignments & collaborations with 3rd parties outside of Cardiology Informatics.

    • Following through on the Project delivery in terms of quality, time, budget, communication, information. Report on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan.

    • Improving the structured project approach continuously.

    • Leading other enabling projects such as process and quality improvements.

    You are a part of

    You will be working in Cardiology Informatics (part of the Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics Business) in our Program Management Office (PMO). We are a small team of (senior) professionals that are passionate about improving people’s lives and have broad responsibility for realizing business strategy, objectives, and operating plan for Cardiology Informatics. The team is based across two locations in Brazil and The Netherlands. You will be based in our new headquarters in the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven that is fully designed for software development / Agile processes and in which our Marketing, Operations and market-to-order departments are situated as well.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • A Master’s Degree / PhD

    • 5+ years of work experience

    • Several years of project management and stakeholder management experience with proven track record in complex environments with many different stakeholders

    • Solid experience with complex software programs involving large multisite teams and external suppliers

    • Able to design, set-up and maintain cross department governance structures to the extend needed to achieve the project objectives

    • Understands modern software technologies and ways of working (lean, agile) and has shown examples of where he/she has implemented change to drive optimizations

    • Familiarity with setting up solution level Supply Chains including full offering (Software, Hardware, services)

    • Experience with releasing products in a regulated environment (e.g. FDA, MDR, NIH, NHS, ISO, etc.) is an advantage

    • A consistent track record in the Healthcare market. Knowledge about ISO9001, ISO13485 and FDA.820

    • Certifications in PMP, Agile

    • Excellent communicator, able to accurately and succinctly communicate project and business status to stakeholders at different levels. Engaging the project members up to presenting to senior management.

    • An individual that can initiate and drive improvements and pro-actively manages risks, dependencies, changes, a person who is always two steps ahead, and likes to think in what-if scenarios
