    Sr. Graphic Designer

    As a Senior Designer at Fluke, you will play an integral role on the Brand and Content team. You are responsible for creating compelling digital and traditional design solutions for marketing programs that drive customer interaction and product purchase decisions. You will partner with a broad team of professionals in an agile marketing environment to transform concepts into deliverables. In this role as a member of our inhouse design team, you will report to the Sr. Manager for Creative Services.

    • Concept, develop and execute best-in-class creative designs
    • Design within brand guidelines to reinforce the brand
    • Design and produce compelling user-centered digital experiences, landing pages, emails, banners, icons, buttons, infographics and other graphic assets for use across various channels
    • Design and produce various print assets while moving traditionally print assets toward digital
    • Present work to stakeholders for review and feedback
    • Ensure projects accurately meet design brief and media specifications
    • Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
    • Work both collaboratively and autonomously
    • Commitment to continuous improvement—following industry trends and growing technical skills
    Must have:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in design related field
    • Proven experience designing both for the web across multiple digital channels and for print
    (6+ years)

    • A solid foundation in design, color, typography and layout
    • Excellent English language verbal and written skills to effectively communicate and present complex concepts across different global audiences and provide strong customer service
    • Strong attention to detail and organization, efficient workflow, and commitment to meeting deadlines
    • Ability to build close cross-functional relationships to maintain strong project alignment
    • Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically TEAMS, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Solid understanding of the technical foundations upon which web assets are built including basic knowledge/experience (SEO, HTML and JavaScript)
    • UX/UI sensibilities, mobile and desktop
    • Ability to prototype and wireframe
    • Experience juggling multiple clients in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment (agency or inhouse)
    A plus to have:
    • Ecommerce design experience
    • Experience with iterative usability testing and optimization
    • Digital Illustration and infographics skills
    • Experience working in an agile environment
