Domino's is growing fast, are you eager to grow with us? In order to keep up with the growth of Domino's, we are looking for a pro-active and hands-on Sr. Financial Accountant.
As the Sr. Financial Accountant, you will be fully responsible for the administration, controlling and reporting of one legal entity. You will frequently interact with the operational teams that work at our French and Belgian Head Offices. Therefore, speaking French fluently is a must.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
Assist the Finance Manager to continuously improve the systems and processes
Lead and improve the financial reporting
Analysis of accounting data and plausibility checks
Prepare the month-end close so that it is reported on time. Activities include providing accurate and complete financial data (P&L) to Management including analysis on main P&L’s variances
Control of monthly payslips and payroll entries
Prepare monthly memo journal entries
Responsible for the monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
Assure weekly reconciliations on specific GL
Maintain the Fixed Assets register according to IFRS and group policies
Organize the monthly VAT declaration/VAT return
Organize all tax declarations/payments like (CVAE/CFE/TVS/Payroll taxes)
Follow-up on business and P&L impacts with the business analysts
Support business analysts in budget and forecast processes
Warn management on identified risks or frauds
In charge for the interim, year-end, and statutory audit of entities in relation with auditors and legal department.
Who are you?
You are a highly motivated self-starter who is able to work in a fast-changing environment. You have excellent communication skills; you are a real team player, and you can lead by example. You work accurately, and you have a problem-solving attitude.
Education and skills:
You have a master’s degree in business administration, major in accounting and controlling (Bac+5 for French degrees such as Master CCA)
You are Fluent in French and English or Dutch (written and spoken)
You have 5 years of relevant work experience; experience with the French legal entity, French charts of accounts and French tax is a plus
Advanced skills in Excel
