We, the Nike Direct Digital Platform Operations team, supports the day-to-day operations for our digital business. We’re looking for a Jersey ID Operations Specialist to join our team. Our best Operations Specialists are organized, flexible multitaskers who take pride in the perfection of their work. They are able to prioritize tasks, collaborate with the team, and solve problems efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the Commerce Operations team performing day-to-day operational tasks to support the online customization business that allows consumers to personalize their favorite jersey. This includes the planning, execution and hindsighting of the builder process. You will own the set up and readiness of each customization builder and work with various cross-functional teams to make this consumer journey come to life. These daily tasks are manual and require extreme accuracy while working in a variety of systems. Additionally, you will help provide requirements for future tools used by our teams to ensure the continued evolution of the Jersey iD space.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This is an individual contributor position that reports into the Commerce Operations Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our core operations teams as well as Marketplace Operations, Consumer Services, vendors and our distribution center teams to name a few. This role also interacts with our global team based at our World Headquarters.
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience.
Working experience in direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce with a specific focus on operational process improvement is preferred.
Proficient in English with excellent communication & organizational skills
Ability to quickly pick up new systems
Proactive, innovative spirit
Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
