    A great opportunity has arisen for a Solution Architect - Managed Services & Integrations for delivery of core IT infrastructure services to manage partners around the globe. Acting as the central interface between internal teams & external partners for day to day technical, relationship and business needs. Leading coordination of project delivery for integration of external entities to global IT systems.

    A snapshot of this opportunity

    • Lead on the migration and integration of acquired organizations (AO) into our standard technology operating models as per Managed Services strategy
    • Partnering with assigned Project Manager(s) to ensure successful delivery of aims and goals in initiatives of significant change, building effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders from technical and non-technical groups, understanding and interpreting requirements, and developing plans to achieve agreed goals
    • Act as the focal point between local IT teams and internal SMEs, providing guidance, assistance & referrals ensuring requests are fulfilled appropriately
    • Conduct full discovery exercises to identify all existing IT products, services, assets and processes in use at the AO
    • Create comprehensive reports on current status including risks, issues, strengths, opportunities & prioritization
    • Lead the overall solution definition, leading SMEs for detailed design according to strategic goals, standards and policy
    • Create and maintain financial forecasts and delivery plans in collaboration with the Project Manager(s) to support senior leadership, project managers and sponsor needs.
    • Be able to identify the people, process and technology involved in a solution and plan for change within them
    • Identify and document risks, coordinate their mitigation
    • Supervise and motivate a virtual team of technical subject matter experts
    • Develop and maintain integration roadmaps based on technology standards, policies & lifecycles, aligning them business objectives

    How you can set yourself apart

    • 5yrs+ experience in planning and guiding IT infrastructure migration projects, e.g. datacenter, cloud, end user compute, application/data platforms
    • Similar experience in the successful integration of mergers & acquisitions, specifically post sale
    • Hold a broad understanding of corporate IT systems and tools and how they are used within a variety of situations and organizations, including Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise security and compliance tools
    • Confidence in creating technical designs, financial forecasts, delivery plans and business cases to support senior leadership, project managers and sponsor needs
    • Interpersonal/negotiation skills in change management and problem resolution
    • Knowledgeable in enterprise project management methodologies
    • Microsoft, IT Security or ITIL Certifications
