    What you’ll do

    As a Service Now Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services across the organization.

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including application UI configuration, service discovery and CMDB, workflow configuration, development of required reporting, development of requirement integration components
    • Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.
    • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.
    • Mentor field resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices for the ITOM application suite.
    • Be the interface into ServiceNow for technical and vendor interactions
    • Work in conjunction with Program Managers to assist with technical program level activities
    • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
    • Lead/design the implementation of ITIL Process into ServiceNow platform

    What you’ll need

    • 2+ Years of Experience with ServiceNow Implementations
    • 2+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change
    • BS/BA IT, Computer Science, or equiv./related experience
    • Experience on ServiceNow Modules Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset
    • Implementation experience on ServiceNow and Scripting knowledge
    • Require experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
    • Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
    • Experience with the ITSM processes or in the following functional areas: ITOM, ITBM
    • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions

    Nice to have

    • Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
    • Experience with monitoring platforms such as: Nagios, Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
    • Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Event Management knowledge
    • ServiceNow Fundamentals & ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals certification
