What you’ll do
As a Service Now Architect, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include
Defining the system architecture for the custom application and providing technical direction for the development team. Ensuring the solution architecture and implementation meet security and platform design requirements.
Creating and maintaining API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services
Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including application UI configuration, service discovery and CMDB, workflow configuration, development of required reporting, development of requirement integration components
Translating business objectives and functional requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks.
Serve as the Technical Release Manager with final technical authority to approve releases into Production.
Mentor field resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices for the ITOM application suite.
Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes, indicating continual opportunities to improve through digitization and automation
What you’ll need
5+ Years of experience with ServiceNow Implementations
5+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change
2+ years of experience with custom application development including Custom Service Portal widget creation.
2+ years of experience developing and customizing core applications such as DevOps, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B etc
Experience on ServiceNow Modules ITSM, ITAM, Cloud, Facilities & CSM
Require experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Experience with the ITSM processes or in the following functional areas: ITOM, ITBM
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions
Nice to have
Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
Experience with DevOps module
Experienced with integration with Slack (ChatOps), PagerDuty, AlertSite, GrafanaCloud, Jira, BizTalk etc
Experience with monitoring platforms such as: Nagios, Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Event Management knowledge
