    Service Supervisor (f/m/d)

    Vestas Benelux is a local Sales Business Unit (SBU) with its main office in Arnhem. The SBU sells, constructs and services wind Turbines in the Netherlands, Belgium, Aruba & Curacao.
    The Benelux organization also supports countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and employs approximately 120 employees in the Netherlands

    The Supervisor will effectively oversee team budgets and processes, encourage talent for greater performance and ensure compliance across short-term and long-term initiatives.

    The main objective for this role is to maintain open lines of communication with staff, suppliers and customers, ensure high levels of productivity are maintained and adherence to company, country and industry regulations across the department. This is hands-on leadership role that helps foster a productive working environment.


    • Responsible for all Service related activities according to the guidelines, processes and budgets
    • Promote the internal and external collaboration and customer focus
    • Take ownership regarding safety, work responsibility, toolbox and periodical work place inspections within the Service Region
    • Responsible for managing costs and gain insight of the Service Region and performance indicators
    • Pro-actively engage with internal stakeholders to acquire insights in and act upon possible (extra) revenue within the Region and Service contracts
    • Actively monitor contractual availability and Lost Production Factor (LPF)
    • To initiate and manage improvement proposals regarding contractual availability and LPF in collaboration with the department Technical Field Support
    • Identify, participate, take ownership and implement improvement plans and processes


    • Relevant MBO+/HBO with several years of management experience in technical environment
    • Minimum 5 years of people management experience (leading over 30 technicians)
    • Relevant safety courses
    • Qualified user in MS office
    • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
    • Knowledge of organizational processes and systems
    • Proficient in Dutch and English
