In this role you will provide strong tactical skills in designing, implementing monitoring and continuously improving all aspects of IT Service Management in line with agreed procedures, service standards and business requirements of the client. The role is twofold, in the first period you are mainly working on a tactical level to set it up from scratch. Once set up, your position will slowly turn into a functional position.
Coordinating workplace specific projects in combination with managing and communicating with suppliers and consultation with stakeholders. Developing business analyses / cases, drawing up functional designs. The IT Services is responsible for the Service Management capability to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT Services, in line with the business requirements. The Service Desk function is also part of IT Services.
What you get
Salary up to a maximum of 73 k per year
Bonus equal to 20% of your annual salary
