The Service Sales Support Team is looking for a Manager to support the team as soon as possible. In consultation the role can be performed in other locations from GEA besides Wallau, Weert and Kempten.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
You report to the Head of Service sales support & Lifecycle development BU Slicing and Packaging.
You are part of a global team being responsible for a professional service portfolio development for Slicing & Packaging.
Key activities include driving growth of the service business, giving directions to enhance the service maturity in country organizations, developing new businesses and enhancing a globally established process chain for service operations.
You contribute to a long-term BU Service Portfolio Strategy in alignment with divisional and BU strategy.
You are contributing in developing, driving and implementing digital service activities within BU and in cross-divisional project set-ups.
Develops best-in-class (digital) service products to fulfil R&C and customer expectations to enhance their competitiveness.
Globally supports country specific service activities, drive best practice sharing in the field of service life cycle development.
Constantly creates service mindset and service attitude in country organization and BU functions.
Supports and aligns with country organizations on resources needed to ensure service growth.
Your profile and qualifications:
Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
Broad work experience within several different job areas in Service.
Experience across several different disciplines especially service sales, products and tools.
Deep practical know-how of service process organization methods and tools.
Knowledge of Slicing & Packaging equipment is a must.
Broad knowledge of theory and principles in sales/service
Strong change / improve competences.
Makes R&C's / customers and their needs a high priority focus for the actions.
Is able to think in (future) scenarios and not only in one-track mode.
