    Service Delivery Lead

    The organization is a leading food retail group. They serve more than 54 million shoppers every week in the United States, Europe and Indonesia. For that reason they are dedicated to help their customers to eat well, save time and live better. Their Global Support Office TECH is responsible for all the IT systems, both local and global, used by the organization.

    Currently, the organization is in the process of implementing new global SAP platforms for the Finance and HR domains. In order to make sure the current support organizations are well prepared to receive and support these platforms on a day-to-day basis a team has been assembled to secure all aspects of the readiness preparations for support.

    You will be part of the Global Support Office TECH Run Readiness project team. You will work closely together with the Readiness Leads, Project Manager and Program Delivery. As Service Delivery Lead you will focus on the complete and thorough preparation of the IT Business as Usual Support Organization to take on the scope of the implemented Finance and HR SAP platforms. You are responsible that all processes and procedures are agreed upon and tested, the tooling is set up, available and working, and that there is a collaboration structure between global and local solution & service delivery teams is well established.


    • You are the liaison between the Project and the Service Operations;
    • Mapping and analysing the current operations;
    • Defining the future Service Model and Organization Structure and Governance;
    • Defining and implementing ITIL Service Operations processes;
    • Give process training sessions;
    • Supporting the Business As Usual adoption of IT Controls and Audits;
    • Defining requirement for ITSM support tooling configuration;
    • Responsible for sharing and transferring all relevant information and documentation.


    • You have a completed Bachelor degree;
    • You have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar project or in an operational IT role;
    • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation;
    • Experience with ITIL (preferably ITIL Certified);
    • Experience with working with IT Service Toolsets such as ServiceNow;
    • Experience with working in a Finance domain
    • You can work efficiently, independently and remain calm under pressure.

    Employment conditions

    • Region: Zaandam;
    • Duration: 3 months (with option to extend);
    • Hours: 40 per week;
    • Tariff: maximum €85 per hour;
    • Start: As soon as possible.

    Salary indication

    Maximum of €85 per hour based on 40 hours a week, and experience.
