    Service Contract Sales Manager - Lab Automation (m/f/d)

    Service Contract Sales Manager plans and implements sales strategy to increase revenues through contract renewals, warranty conversions, and new products to ensure Laboratory Automation exceeds its quarterly and annual sales objective.

    What you will do
    • Professionally represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in all dealings with customers during the performance of duties.
    • Build strong customer relationships with the continual focus on promoting the customer's use of Thermo LA Customer Support Services
    • Develop, maintain, and promote service contracts through telephone calls, emails, and mailers
    • Establish a standardized global quote process and Sales Support documentation for LA contract offerings
    • Manage existing contract base to achieve 90% in contract renewals
    • Manage, increase, and maintain existing contract base:
    • Achieve 90% in contract renewals
    • Increase contract sales from warranty expirations (target of 15% or better)
    • Coordinate LA service Contracts in Europe for SOP and practices
    • Identify key customer opportunities
    • Identify and support the development of new services products and promotions
    • Develop a process for service contracts relative to POS
    • Follow pricing policy for LA discount structure
    • Develop and submit monthly sales reports and forecasts, as required
    • Respond to customer inquiries (both internal and external) promptly
    • Use of Navision, SFDC, quote tool, and Excel for contract administration
    • Perform additional duties or work on projects as deemed necessary by the Manager, Global Services
    • Up to 25% of on-site travel

    • Knowledge of sales process extensive cold calling experience a plus
    • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications skills

    Other Job Requirements:
