You'll work very closely with a team of marketers (copywriter, web developer, video-marketer, graphic designer, SDRs) to grow our customer base. Your main responsibility is to develop, execute, and refine a game-changing SEO strategy, and you're always on the lookout for opportunities to acquire new customers. You work with the marketing team to create SEO-friendly websites that are technically sound. You strategize a robust SEO process to ensure new SEO requirements are identified and built into the content and website workflows. You establish marketing tactics and identify opportunities to expand Speakap's organic reach. You're not reinventing the wheel, but you're constantly in 'trial and error' mode to discover hidden possibilities, and we love this.

Your responsibilities include:
Developing, executing, and refining a game-changing SEO strategy.
Establishing marketing tactics and identifying opportunities to expand Speakap's organic reach.
Carrying out technical audits, website management, and implementation support.
Keeping up to date with developments/trends in SEO.
Working with the marketing team to create SEO-friendly websites that are technically sound.
Producing advanced performance analysis, including ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Understanding all SEO ranking factors and suggesting improvements with a focus on on-page (incl tech and off-page.
Building a robust SEO process to ensure new SEO requirements are identified and built into the content and product workflows.
Communicating SEO performance to stakeholders of projects and relevant teams.
Researching new SEO industry developments, tactics, and strategies.
Taking ownership of SEO management, including indexing, link building, and keyword research.
Implementing and managing YouTube SEO strategy.
2-6 years of work experience.
Hands-on experience with SEO.
Strong understanding of backlinks and how they contribute to organic performance.
Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Deep Crawl, Screaming Frog, etc.
Analytical, creative & digital-savvy.
Hustler and get things done.
Comfortable taking ownership.
You know your way around Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights and inform campaign strategy/product development.
Data literacy and enthusiasm for data-analytics that helps drive company growth. Comfortable with large datasets spread over different platforms, analytics tools, and databases.
Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams.
Experience in content marketing & video SEO.
A questioning mind with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for problem-solving.
