    About the team

    As the Creative Team within the Marketing Department, our mission is to build one of the most recognisable brands in the B2B SaaS market (think of Adobe, Slack & SAP). Our ambition is to create work that pushes boundaries in the HR tech universe, excites our audience and helps them to become superstars in their organisations. We aim to achieve this through storytelling and a consistent, recognizable visual identity across our core marketing assets.

    Your role
    As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Creative. Your mission will be to take our brand to the next level through brave ideas and well-crafted designs. You will contribute to continuously improve our brand guidelines and creative processes that empower us to bring our brand vision and strategy to market. You dare to do things differently and challenge conventions but always with the big picture in mind - to push our brand forward.

    Your 12-month journey
    The first 3 months you’ll spend focusing on learning everything about recruitee: understanding the brand and organisation. You’ll also start working on a gameplan for the first 100-days so you can get up to speed asap.

    After 6 months you’re getting started on the Brand refresh and applied it to all the marketing assets while delivering consistent quality work that is on-brand and on-message.

    After 12 months, with the brand refresh and website launch successfully behind us you continue to make a creative impact on our brand. Smart, data-driven ideas become a bigger part of the work we do while we continue to experiment and make improvements

    What you'll do:

    • Conceptualise and create stunning, engaging visual content that will help establish and propel the Recruitee brand.
    • Produce designs across a variety of digital formats, platforms and environments including social, web, email, blog, events and product marketing
    • Collaborate with our Growth, Product and Content teams to ensure that our designs are in line with the project’s objectives and expectations.
    • You help to create style proposals, sketches and mockups to kickstart new projects and proposals.
    • You can forecast production and concepting issues in order to ask the right questions to the teams and give solutions to future problems.
    • Take ownership and initiatives on our website, projects like our conference (TalentCon), Recruitee Classrooms for example.
    • Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
    • You’re also responsible for coaching designers and making sure all documentation and design standards are up to date

    What you've got:

    • You’re a technically skilled designer with 4+ years of experience crafting digital designs with an understanding of fundamentals such as typography, layout, flow and storytelling,
    • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, big plus if you have experience in Figma/Sketch)
    • You also know a thing or two about templating and process optimizations.
    • You can confidently present and articulate your ideas
    • Motion design a plus
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • A love for design and a passion for pixel-perfect work
    • The ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
    • Can balance quality with speed and creativity with execution in a dynamic working environment
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal) along with excellent visual communication and presentation skills
