Our growing team produces industry leading applications and software platforms (JewelSuite and JewelEarth) that quickly create precise geological models. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts to shape innovative products which are utilized by customers in the energy domain, projects in CO2, windmills, H2, geothermal wells and water-management.
Partner with the best
As our Senior Scrum Master, you will be using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles in its technical software delivery. We have 10+ scrum teams working together on our flagship platform and applications JewelEarth and JewelSuite Subsurface Modeling. You will be facilitating the program and its teams towards its goals. You coach and encourage them to be effective during, but not limited to, scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, encouraging visibility and transparency of all work even if not positive, celebrating success and failures as this helps us to improve, embracing continuous improvement.
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:
Coaching the project organization with its teams and its stakeholders towards Agility.
Facilitating Scrum Teams towards their goals, and facilitating scrum ceremonies (e.g. planning, review) for two or three scrum teams
Encouraging discipline, like no new work entering sprints and be safe-guarding the agreed / established processes, helping teams and individual members to be self-organizing
Leading retrospective for both delivered software and organizational improvements, identifying new continuous improvement steps
Tracking team velocity, product/sprint backlogs and sprint/release progress in TFS and report on these
Coaching and supporting the Product Owners in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
Be a certified Scrum Master and have some years’ experience as a Scrum Master
Have multiple years of experience in a product development environment, either as developer or tester
Have knowledge and experience with agile tracking systems, e.g. TFS
