    Senior Project Manager (Talent Acquisition)

    The 2 x Senior Project Managers will help to drive the talent acquisition strategy aligned to’s business objectives by working on key initiatives in different areas of content and geographies. In this role the project manager will coordinate & manage (a portfolio of) complex business critical initiatives that may span across multiple departments, domains and/or geographies.

    The 2 x Senior Project Managers will have end to end responsibility from scoping, budgeting, to the overall execution and implementation of a project, including stakeholder management, collaborating on staffing the project, driving issue resolution, and initiating the needed change management

    Both Senior Project Managers will work closely with people of diverse functional backgrounds (a.o. People, Product & Tech, Finance experts, Operational Excellence, Reporting, Learning & Development, Partner Services, and other functions within


    • Plan, prepare, structure and lead project/change management activities
    • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
    • Engage stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on the design, development and delivery of projects and manage communication.
    • Conduct impact analyses, risk analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
    • Track and report progress with regular frequency and address issues that impede progress
    • Collaborate with L&D on training requirements, provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
    • Responsibilities include coordination, planning and status tracking as required for delivery of the project
    • Align with stakeholders and ensure interdependencies, risks and issues are uncovered and worked through effectively
    • Support other Project Managers / colleagues with delivery, sharing best practice and upskilling juniors


    • Proven expertise in end to end responsibility for the timely delivery of projects/initiative(s)
    • Experience in human resources and talent acquisition processes or technology needed
    • Workday & Greenhouse knowledge preferred
    • Drives strategy for initiative/project towards clear business objectives, scope, requirements & success criteria
    • Creates clear planning documents together with involved departments
    • Understand milestones / impediments. Track and report progress, manage overall timelines, dependencies, risks & issues & monitor interdependencies (within & outside project)
    • Enables team members & leaders from involved departments to make quality decisions
    • Collaborates with cross functional team to identify & build action plans to improve the impact & experience for our customers, our business and our people (creating win-win)
    • Hold each member of the project accountable for the delivery of their part of the project
    • Engage stakeholders at all levels inside and outside of the organisation
    • Provides structure that increases strength of the Recruitment project management capabilities within other teams (e.g. agile methodology, processes & tools; structure documentation, communication for scalability & development of best practices)
    • A solid understanding of how people go through the change curve and the change process
    • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
