IDEXX develops, produces and sells medical devices for animal health care all around the world as well as supports veterinarians across the globe with their reference laboratories business. The IDEXX IT organization is set up to support the global organization by integrating its broad application landscape ranging from several Laboratory Information Management Systems as well as SAP or Salesforce.
The IDEXX IT PMO supports the Global Reference Laboratories program workstream across the entire project lifecycle from sizing and scoping of the project to implementation, closure, and handoff to support, and ensuring ongoing project success and customer satisfaction.
As Senior Project Manager you will plan and execute projects within business technology program supporting IDEXX Global Reference Laboratories. This is the perfect role for a highly organized individual with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills and can adapt to shifting priorities quickly, efficiently, and effectively. You will thrive in a fast-paced, all hands-on deck environment, and can move quickly as a builder and doer in a culture that supports equality, ingenuity, empowerment, and ownership.
In this role:
You will build project scoping, budgeting, planning, and staffing to meet strategic objectives of the business and to ensure project plan compliance.
You will manage and administer new and on-going projects: identify and plan workflow process improvements; prepare cost and other analysis; allocate resource allocation; and manage budget.
You will manage project/program stakeholders, including core team, steering committees, vendors and others as applicable
You will partner and collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate activities to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
You will identify issues and risks and track effective mitigation strategies.
You will identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes both within the PMO and external partners within the organization.
You will coordinate with various business areas to staff projects based on project requirements.
You will report regularly report to stakeholders on successes, concerns, milestones, resolved issues etc.
You will provide for effective escalation and resolution of issues and concerns.
You will engage and oversee vendors and contract resources that may be required.

Strong knowledge and real-world experience with various project management methodologies.
Your knowledge of multiple languages.
Degree Level education.
Your experience in Med Tech or Labs domains.
Formal PM certifications.
Experience with enterprise-level PPM tools
