    Senior Programmatic Media Specialist

    The Senior Programmatic Media Specialist is responsible for Optimizing, Planning and Innovating our (social) programmatic campaigns globally, with a keen focus on the planning as part of the job.

    In this role they will work in close collaboration with a team of cross-functional experts ranging from media strategy, AdTech, media analytics, marketing communications, business intelligence and consumer insights.

    This role will also be in the lead with the respective tech partner of his/her media channel to lead the product roadmap and drive innovation.

    • In control of the optimization roadmap of the respective channel they’re owning (YouTube/Facebook prospecting etc.)
    • Day-to-day management of campaign set-up, trafficking, tracking, troubleshooting and optimization with partners/tech vendors
    • Manage forecast & budget planning for respective channel/partner
    • Driving a product roadmap with our tech partners like Google & Facebook
    • Stay up to date of current and upcoming technology product capabilities.
    • Work closely with teams from Comms & Production, AdTech to input best practices into our creatives.
    • Work closely with the Media Analytics team to identify new optimization opportunities
    • Be the first point of contact for all performance related matters to their channel/partners.
    • Build complex experimental designs but bring them back to simple explanations to their stakeholders.
    • Coach the Jr team members in a motivational and inspirational way.

    B.skilled

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/ Advertising or any other relevant function
    • 5+ years of experience in programmatic operations
    • Knowledge around the programmatic media landscape
    • Hands on experience in campaign management and a successful track record to deliver ROI targets
    • True data curiosity and the ability to derive new insights
    • Data driven attitude versus an opinion driven one,
    • Tech savvy
    • Creative approach to problem solving; always looking for improvements to the way things are done
    • The ability to understand the technical implications of the measurement methodologies for campaign set-up
    • Fluency in English both spoken and written
