    Senior Program Manager - Strategic Programs

    This position is a core member of the Security Director of Strategic Programs leadership team and key contributor to the global business, security and compliance strategy. The role will be immediately fully assigned to, and supporting the delivery of one of’s most important strategic programs which is likely to run for approximately two more years, known as The Four Pillars Program (4PP).

    The Four Pillars Program (4PP) was established in 2019 and born out of our IT related audit findings. While related directly to compliance, it is focused on strengthening our overall internal risk management processes and controls environment across the full range of regulated data and systems. Its aim is to improve the security, management and governance of the technology and data infrastructure and systems. It addresses four foundational areas (or ‘pillars’) namely asset management, identity and access management, change management and data governance. While having achieved some notable success in its second year,’s management team recognises that there is a need for a high calibre, experienced program support and coordination to deliver these large, complex and interdependent projects and break the dependency on external consultants who effectively deliver the program today. Specific program attention areas include Program Governance domain involving stakeholder and dependency management, risk management and controlling program finances, resources and overall scope.


    • Oversee strategic programs and ensure on time, in scope, on quality delivery
    • Ensure high level oversight of intra-department programs
    • Work with technology leads to define technology projects scope, dependencies, and ultimately, the development plan
    • Providing insights, data, frameworks, guidance to help to develop and monitor’s regional strategy and performance
    • Strategizing and delivering required capabilities to drive regional performance to (Product) tracks in HQ
    • Leading a program of strategic initiatives related to performance and building performance capabilities for the region
    • Proactively communicate status and resolve issues, initiate solutions to problems as they arise
    • Program manage strategic programs and projects end to end (from vision, business case & requirements, scoping & success criteria to execution)
    • Drive the strategic planning and business operations cycle, including annual objective setting & quarterly reviews and ensure continuous improvement through delivering insights, data, frameworks, KPIs, guidance to support development and monitoring of our strategic programs.
    • Drive communications and change management acting as a catalyst for change and helping the company to transform how it operates.
    • Influence and persuade key stakeholders throughout the organization (Tech, Product, Operations etc) to develop solutions that will increase regional performance, as well as operational efficiency and effectiveness.
