    We are seeking a talented, experienced, and customer obsessed Senior Program Manager who has the passion to tackle ambiguous and challenging problems by inventing new ways to solve them.

    The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated leader/manager with superior analytical abilities across a large procurement services base. This opportunity requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    At the core of the position is planning and delivery new procurement services to serve and solve customer needs. The candidate is not just a policy maker/spokesperson but drives to get things done. Ideal candidates have extensive experience with fostering innovation, product build and delivery plans, defining and assembling program v-teams, and writing detailed functional and test specifications to meet product needs. Ideal candidates thrive in a rapidly advancing, changing, delivery-focused environments.

    This position involves regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control. Ability to steer extended cross-discipline virtual teams as well as project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

    This role will be based out of either Luxembourg or Barcelona.

    Main responsibilities:
    • Lead end to end procurement innovation programs from identifying the key business challenges, designing the right mechanism of change and delivering the desired strategic outputs and business objectives
    • Contribute to overall strategy and roadmap and identify key business challenges to be solved through innovation
    • Design an iterative process of development, adoption and inspection and identify areas of improvement for next iteration
    • Defining and assemble v-teams working under an innovation incubation mechanism, having customer experience and feedback at the centre of development
    • Lead change management and adoption of the new product or service across the procurement function and business stakeholders
    • Manage overall procurement programs governance, create alignment across a complex set of procurement programs and initiatives and drive progress on key strategies

    • Master's or MBA degree
    • A proven record of successfully fostering innovation in large organisation
