    Senior Product Owner – Planning Forecasting & Replenishment

    On a day-to-day basis you aim and act to maximize business value through continuously improve planning, forecasting and replenishment digital solutions. More specifically, you will steer the definition and implementation of a product strategy to build best in class solution for a large omnichannel environment.

    You will be a team member of the digital Inventory Management team, working side-by-side with engineers, data analysts, designers as well as retail and supply chain partners

    You will:
    • Set the Product Strategy e2e aiming to equally improve business process and customer experience
    • Orchestrate stakeholders and initiatives to ensure a seamless e2e flow
    • Define OKRs for the product and give transparency of progress to stakeholders
    • Invite stakeholders to contribute to the backlog creation, transparently prioritizing based on expected impact and higher value
    • Quantify customer needs and business opportunities with quantitative and qualitative research
    • Leverage customer insights, retail and supply chain knowledge in the company to create high quality products
    • Create an agile way of working with the product teams to continuously improve the delivery phase
    • Measure results and share them with stakeholders, also if they are disappointing

    Ideally your background would include the following:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management in an agile environment
    • Proven track record in launching successful global digital products
    • Experience in omnichannel environment and digital transformations is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus

    This role is an open-ended contract and will be located in Amsterdam, Netherlands
