Senior Process Analyst
Senior process analysts are responsible for analysing and re-designing future proof and customer/user centric processes in our People department. They are responsible for responding to strategic priorities and proactively identifying opportunities to improve core HR processes to enable a better employee experience. This role provides support to the Product Team to implement process, data and systems solutions. Senior HR Process Analysts have knowledge of process mapping and business process redesign. They analyse business processes and workflows and conduct measurement and analysis to test assumptions with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.
You will have a highly data driven approach in your analysis and combine this with a passion for technology to automate and streamline high volume processes. You will be coaching and guiding junior and medior process analysts.
As a senior process analyst you overlook multiple projects and disciplines at the same time. You are able to present progress updates and final outcomes to senior management. You are building a network with your business partners to identify new opportunities to support the business with the teams experience on process excellence.
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve core HR process
Coach and guide junior and medior Process Analysts
Mapping and analysing existing processes
Identifying gaps, assessing requirements and impact and propose quick fixes as well as long term solutions
Gathering requirements (E.g. technical, business, country specific..)
Designing globally scalable and locally relevant processes with a customer-centric mindset
Facilitating and leading current and future state process / data /stakeholders and accountability mapping and analysis sessions
Defining new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
Ensuring HR Processes are compliant and in line with company policies
Support Product Team in measuring new processes effectiveness
Measuring and analysing data or work with the data analysts/scientists to conduct data collection to support business cases for proposed solutions (focused on increased productivity, reduced cost and improved employee experience)
Engaging the Change and Implementation managers to ensure a smooth landing of the changes and that all relevant stakeholders are trained
5-7 years’ experience in supporting business driven solutions
End to end ownership on team projects leading to organisational, procedural & technical changes to improve performance in the people department
Proactively suggest improvement areas to management where Process Analysts can make the biggest impact
Create Data Driven Business Cases, Process flows, User Stories, Acceptance criteria etc.
Collaboratives closely with all relevant teams to ensure effective delivery of projects with quality.
Initiate organisational, procedural & technical changes to improve performance.
Reports status, set milestones, identify issues and risks to project progress to sr management.
Proven ability to influence and drive results on a global scale
Possess critical thinking skills to translate People department strategy into project delivery
Agile and innovative with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment
Familiar with design thinking
Project management skills
Very high problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to simplify complex areas
Flexible and capable to find the right balance between structured problem analysis and project management and agility to deal with B.com fast-pace change environment
Good communicator (on several levels) and ability to work with, influence and align with multiple stakeholders
