Globally the demand for flexible workspace is rising sharply as employers look at ways to support their workforce with "Hybrid" working. We are now accelerating our network expansion to meet this demand. All landlords are now looking at flex as a core part of their real estate strategy. To capitalise on these trends, we need ambitious and commercially minded people to deliver our network growth with landlords and partners. Key responsibilities include;
Support the growth of the IWG network across all our brands.
Negotiate lease renewals, expansions and any other lease modifications.
New location development; identify, analyse and negotiate agreements to open locations in accordance with the company’s strategic and financial growth objectives.
Direct and execute all negotiations with brokers, developers, lawyers, property owners and landlords.
Negotiate the best overall deal consistent with the company's goals and standards.
Direct the coordination of all legal documents.
Build relationships with key landlords.
Timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms and successful lease negotiations.
Leading and developing direct reports to achieve team goals.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
In depth understanding of the Dutch office market.
Breadth of knowledge and experience in end-to-end deal negotiation and real estate portfolio management.
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate deal economics.
Effective negotiation skills.
Ability to negotiate and finalize leases and contracts.
Strong work ethic, proven track record of consistently meeting goals and deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and lead numerous deals concurrently.
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
Excels in a dynamic, environment, with an ability to work both independently, collaboratively and as part of a team.
A master’s degree in business, finance, real estate or other related fields of study would be advantageous.
