We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help improve and continuously optimize our web platform experience to demonstrate Teva's leadership in the generic medicines space.
You’ll lead commercial platform projects to identify and prioritize opportunities to launch and improve web platforms and create an impactful customer experience. You will work closely with multiple key markets, our IT teams and our agencies helping to prioritize the biggest opportunities and improve business outcomes.
Project manage Teva's Commercial Digital Platform launch to improve and redefine our customer relationships across our key markets
Gather and prioritize business requirements from key markets and develop detailed and clear project briefs for the cross-functional team including lT operations organization for success delivery
Deliver exceptional service to local market teams to inspire, educate and lead each country towards digital maturity
Manage and oversee the project plan and day-to-day tasks across design, development, architecture and content using Jira and Confluence for implementation of new features or sites including briefing partners, developing schedules, assigning and monitoring tasks and managing internal stakeholders
Partake in the demand management process to ensure scope is tight enough for timely execution throughout the platform roadmap
Participate in weekly meetings with country and regional stakeholders
Participate in the long term platform roadmap by staying current with customer and technology trends
Attend sprint planning sessions representing the business and the customer to ensure regular input throughout the development process
Manage feedback & quality assurance process with markets to ensure their requests are managed and prioritized and assigned to relevant resources
Maintain close working relationship with digital marketing teams to ensure a unified customer experience across all channels
Provide regular updates on the progress of all work streams
University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Science, Computing or a related technical degree.
4+ years of experience as a program manager, product manager, or similar working on widely used customer-facing products or ecommerce web applications
Experience working across different cultures.
Strong understanding of software development processes, project management methodologies, and performance management
Knowledge of the Episerver CMS is a bonus
Knowledge of HTML is a plus
Knowledge of artificial intelligence is a bonus
Hands-on experience with managing backlogs, creating user stories and working within an agile scrum development Process
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a bonus
Responsible for driving business results through utilization of trending technology platforms
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate and refine ideas that are in consideration
Conceptualize and shape ideas in to business cases; determine ROI; execute and deliver product roadmaps
