    In this Role

    As a Senior HR Business Partner for Global Customer and Business Operations & Reference Laboratories at IDEXX you will be in position to support the Leadership of these two critical lines of business. The main focus for this role will be business partnering in the field of talent development, talent movement, organizational design, internal mobility, support in acquisitions and other matters.

    Key to success in this role is creating a real partnership with the business and partnering and collaborating with the regional HR Business Partners to maximize the support to the business in strategic and tactical HR policy implications, change management, employee relations and business initiatives.

      You will provide and direct consultative and strategic partnering to senior business and functional leaders to maximize the performance of their organizations.
      You will create meaningful relationships with your stakeholders, adding value and solid advice to their functions.
      You will advise and consult on matters of total rewards, team dynamics, organizational development, organization design changes and cultural initiatives as needed to meet business objectives
      You will be the driving force of implementing HR change management (organizational design, cultural initiatives.
      You will provide the guidance and leadership for the lines of business from an HR perspective whilst also translating the HR needs of the business to the CoE, site organizations and Global HR networks to deploy appropriate processes and programs in ways that bring value.
      You will have a pivotal role in the organization, managing multiple stakeholders, on the business side and within the HR function.

    What you need to Succeed

    The Senior HR Business Partner will work very closely with international HR Business Partner leadership and with the regional HR Business Partners in providing seamless and valuable support to the business.

    More generally, the role involves regular interaction with EMEA and global business and functional leadership in a complex business environment incorporating all aspects of Human Resources advisory, functional and organizational advice and policy implementation support. To be successful in this position you will need:

      You have a bachelor’s degree in business or any other relevant field with top academic credentials.
      You bring at least 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, working in HR in multinational companies and business partnering with senior business and functional leaders.
      You have successfully built high value relationships with senior leaders and are comfortable leading without authority through consultation, influence, and collaboration.
      Experience in a matrixed, multinational, public company environment highly valued.
      Grapples successfully with complexity, understands patterns in data and their implications, able to translate complex organizational issues into practical guidance for business stakeholders.
      Excellent organizational, business, and communication skills, including analytical ability, project management, and facility in both one-to-one and group contexts.
      Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and functional understanding of HR information Systems (Workday and ADP) preferred.
      You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
      Maintain awareness and knowledge of a full range of contemporary HR theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation: translating and converting HR concepts and theory into systems solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success.
