1. Excellent functional knowledge in SD with more than 5 year working experience in OTC AMS Support.
2. Sound knowledge and working experience on EDI , Order to Cash, Special billing flow, Third Party flow, Return, Pricing set up , Consignment , Free goods determination and Z enhancements in OTC flow.
3 Good communication and interpersonal skills
43. Managing the customer both business and IT in the language they understand (i.e. Domain with business and some technicalities added when it comes to IT)
5. Should be able to take quick and right judgmental decisions based on the available details/information and resources.
6. Use of ServiceNow Tool as ITIL tool
