    Senior Finance Manager - Processes and Controls

    Dott was founded a bit over 2 years ago and is growing at a very fast pace, more than tripling in size every year. With the growth of Dott, our Systems, Policies, Controls also need to evolve at a similar same speed. The team has been accomplishing continuous improvements on a daily basis, but some improvements require a more complex project management, that involves multiple teams. This role is designed for a top talent that is passionate about building the processes, controls and systems of a fast tech scale up company such as Dott, leading projects with cross-functional teams.

    What you'll do

      • Lead cross functional teams in designing and implement effective processes, controls and systems across finance and other areas that interconnect with Finance
      • Interviewing stakeholders and working with them to agree upon responsible processes which balance the needs of the finance function and the operational impacts
      • Jointly responsible for the maintenance and development of financial systems
      • Promoting continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives, collaborating with technology teams
      • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, promoting diversity and inclusiveness

    What you'll need

      • 10+ years experience in finance and/or accounting preferably mixing experience with Big4, management consulting, multinationals and scale-ups
      • Academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
      • Experience with industries BtoC and with capex / fleet management is a plus
      • Strong background in Project Management, Change Management and Implementation projects
      • Strong analytical skills, tech savvy with advanced knowledge of finance systems and analytical tools
      • Have a strong understanding of controls and processes and the experience of implementing and automating them
      • Adaptability and capability to lead and drive changeHigh levels of personal effectiveness, particularly communication, organization and the ability to focus on achieving project deadlines
      • Proven ability and the credibility to persuade and influence in effecting changes within an organization
      • Ability to navigate big picture but also deep dive on the detail of the projects
      • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
      • Experience in ERP implementation is a plus
