We are looking to hire a Senior Executive Search consultant who will be leading key leadership searches, leading Junior Consultants and a team of Researchers and Talent Operations and act as a partner to our clients.
Critical for this role is a deep understanding of best-in-class executive search processes, commercial mindset and bottom-up leadership style to lead a team of Researchers and Talent Operations.
Consultants are supported by an organisation that only has one focus: improving the way we operate so that clients and candidates enjoy a better experience. This includes the People team, Ops & Sales Ops, BI, and of course Product & Engineering. Consultants collaborate closely with the leads of these functions to ensure their teams have everything they need and to feed back the voice of our customers and candidates.
Lead key leadership searches for our clients and work with your team of researchers and coordinators to successfully execute on them.
Nurture our relationship with our existing clients and make sure we are their go-to option for all scaling needs.
Be an advisor to leaders in tech and Venture Capital and build long-lasting relationships with them.
Actively seek to grow our Executive Search and RPO business by engaging in business development activities and partnering with new clients.
Lead and grow your team of Junior Consultants, Researchers and Talent Operations.
Strong experience in leading Executive Search firms.
Deep understanding of best-in-class executive search processes.
Exposure to business development activities and experience with generating revenue
Experience in leading a team. Experience in leading remote teams is a plus.
Ability to lead, teach and mentor other consultants.
Knowledge and network in the tech and VC industry is nice to have.
