As a part of ASML’s Software department, you will provide the software solutions that realize sub-system functions. In close co-operation with colleagues from software and other disciplines (mechatronics, optics, electronics, physics) you are a member of a multi-disciplinary project team. You will specify, design, develop, realize and test subsystems within the limits of system specifications, costs and project planning.
You will cooperate with other disciplines and suppliers to ensure the timely realization of competitive, achievable and serviceable products.
You will use C/C++ object oriented design principles.
Bachelor or Master with an education in Computer Science, Informatics, Embedded Systems or equivalent experience.
Software engineer with at least 7-10 year experience in large-scale software applications - embedded programming is preferred.
Solid software engineering knowledge: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, UML, OOP, design patterns, C/C++, embedded systems.
Previous experience in image processing and real-time development is highly desired.
Proactive, decisive, takes ownership.
Real team player with quality orientation.
Strong communicator with a pragmatic attitude, good knowledge of English.
As a software design engineer you need to organize and plan your work for timely achievement of the product and project goals.
