WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Have you dreamed of crafting and leading digital content strategy to help billions of customers around the world create a better everyday life at home? The Sr Digital Content Strategist is an amazing opportunity to bring your content strategy experience to help IKEA achieve that vision.
You will work in highly collaborative cross-functional teams across UX, Strategy, Research, Product, Data and Engineering, to deliver world-class digital experiences, crafting and leading content strategy. Further, help to lead content strategy workshops, drive education of digital content strategy, create toolkits, and more to ensure we have a mature human centred content approach.
You are passionate about, and highly experienced in, creating and delivering digital experiences that have big impact in people’s lives and their relationship with a company’s products and services
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
Experience in crafting Digital Content Strategy in an omnichannel setting
Implementing human-centred content methods and approaches into cross-functional teams
Working with a variety of content producing teams to drive a cohesive content experience
Extensive experience as an inspiring, motivating and hands-on craftmanship leader of content strategist, experience design writers, senior and product ux designers and more.
Helping to create digital content strategy education plans and best practice guidance
Presenting to product, experience design, and business peers
Extensive knowledge of changing digital trends in order to understand potential innovative content solutions that meet human needs
Setting Digital Content Strategy best practices by continually benchmarking against industry standards to continuously validate and improve deliverables
Experience working in an agile, highly collaborative team of content, experience design, product, tech, and data co-workers
