    Senior Creative for Assets at Scale at MediaMonks HILV

    MediaMonks is looking for a senior content-focussed creative to join a dedicated client team as they pitch and plan to take over the world. For this Hilversum-based role, the ideal candidate will come from a background of creative solutions, skilled in developing and producing creative content for local markets. For extra bonus points, you'll have an automotive background too.
    The Lowdown
    • As Senior Creative, you’ll play a lead role in adapting digital content campaigns we create across a multitude of platforms, for our leading automotive client.
    • You’ll flex, flip reverse and transform creative ideas to ensure they are relevant to local markets.
    • You'll provide innovative solutions that adhere to social best practices and user behaviour in the digital world.
    • As a key problem solver, you'll bring top notch thinking to the table and create content that drives results.
    • You’ll do the above with spot-on concepts and stories that are exciting, and in line with the project’s goals, timings and budget.
    • Together with the client and the creative team, you help to work out every concept on every level by fleshing out all of its features, across all deliverables.
    Requirements:
    • Ideally, you have at least 6 years of experience working in an international environment at an advertising or creative production agency.
    • You're a digital native and know everything there is to know about social media platforms, display advertising and the best practices herewith.
    • You have a strong conceptual background, are a secret pixel perfectionist with proven experience in creating integrated brand campaigns big and small, bringing forth effective and award-winning campaigns.
    • You’re a hands-on creative, with strong copywriting skills, armed with big ideas and a drive for working collaboratively across teams and disciplines to create the best of work.
    • You're not afraid to be independent and get stuck in on short-turnaround deadlines and projects.
    • You are a secret pixel perfectionist and can lead without having to be the boss.
    • We expect you to own creative development and direct the execution, be comfortable getting stuff done. In short, you can lead without having to be the boss.
