As our global footprint continues to expand, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our transit team in Leiden.
Implementation of electronic payment and ticketing is one of the major innovations in the public transport industry. Countries around the world are migrating from paper and closed loop card solutions to electronic tickets and account based solutions using future proof smart card technology. UL is an expert in eTicketing and Payment and supports customers around the globe in ensuring a smooth and timely implementation of their Transit Fare Payments systems.

Analyze, specify and model the business processes.
Determine and specify the impact of intended changes
What makes you a great fit::
Preferably a good knowledge of, and work experience in the Public Transport sector;
Experienced in defining the business requirements (functional and non-functional);
Able to perform requirements gathering through interviews or workshops with stakeholders;
Specify, prioritize, verify and validate functional requests and requirements and translate these to efficient and valuable solutions;
Analyze and model the business processes using Business Process Management;
Knowledge about commonly used architecture modelling (e.g. Novius or TOGAF framework);
Strong communicator in Dutch; with English as a plus;
Able to organize and take the lead in workshops with the Public Transport business and IT teams;
IT back ground in e.g. Application or Solution Architect, Information Architect, Lead developer, Quality Assurance, Business Process Management.
