You are responsible for
Managing as a project leader the outcome, quality and planning of several EH&S projects
Explaining and defending your recommendations at Management Team and Director level
Maintaining and expanding your network in the High & Health Tech industry
Projects might include risk assessments, introduction and maintenance of ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 Management Systems, energy reduction programs as well as environmental permits
Acquiring projects for both yourself as well as colleagues
Contributing to the services portfolio of the department by initiating and developing new and improved propositions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Certified Safety Consultant (‘Hogere Veiligheidskunde’ or similar), or relevant Environmental Education, e.g. ‘HBO Milieukunde’, or a Bachelor or Masters degree in a technical, science, business or related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety
A drive and commitment to continuous improvement
Strong consulting, acquisition and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a complex environment with many stakeholders and multiple priorities
To be open to and provide high quality feedback
Good communication skills in both the Dutch and English language.
