We are looking for a Senior Consultant Employee Relations and Policies
to join our Total Rewards enterprise function.
In this role, you will be joining a newly created team to drive Employee Relations and Policies, and program-managing Employee experience for Cognizant Associates in line with the new Cognizant Agenda; working in close partnership with the HR Business Partners and HR COE teams.

As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in defining underlying policies and processes and driving activities to enhance employee experience.
Creating a Global repository of Policies & Processes across the associate life-cycle
Working with the HR Business Partners to create Country supplements for policies and conducting on-going reviews to ensure they remain relevant
mplement a Change Management plan to transition Policy making at an Enterprise level with relevant adaptations for Countries
Creating a robust Communication framework for Policies, including creating and/or maintaining Policy page on our intranet, enabling Policy Refreshers and ensuring Policies are known and available to all
Creating a Governance framework for addressing complaints against Policy breaches to ensure grievances are heard and resolved
Working with the HR Business Partners to review and enhance Employee experience for our associates throughout the various associate life-cycle, with specific focus around transition periods – New Joiner Assimilation, Return from Leave, etc.
Working with the Communications team to review content and implement changes to ensure enhanced Employee experience in line with our Cognizant Agenda
