About the role:
The Commercial Strategy and Planning team works directly with Commercial leadership to shape our strategic go-to-market approach, inform decisions with data in order to drive sustainable growth, and implement changes and coordinate actions across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. The team has recurring responsibilities leading our Commercial planning cycles, regular strategy refresh, reporting and governance. Additionally, the team runs analytical projects including business intelligence and visualization, data products, and anything else our team needs to scale as rapidly as possible. As the business grows, we need strong problem solving & project management skills in order to serve the business and our teams. This is where you come in.
We are looking for a Sr. Analyst with some serious ops resourcefulness to support business planning and execution; someone who isn’t afraid to jump into the front lines to figure out the business and operational problems, and has the technical skills to find or build a better solution; someone who is passionate about driving impact by democratizing data and empowering the team; someone who understands and speaks data, operations and strategy equally well.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategy : Work closely with the Commercial leadership, program managers, and product to align and iterate on overall Commercial strategy and new product launches
Planning : Build and maintain financial and headcount models, operational reporting, OKRs, projections, and key business metrics to inform the leadership and the entire org of where the business stands
Program/Project Management : Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the business by working with cross-functional stakeholders
Process Improvement : Identify the biggest operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks using our internal data and deliver solutions
Scale: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist regional and pan-EU expansion efforts, and make data-driven decisions
Develop Relationships : Interface with other functional areas (Carrier, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships
5+ years of investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience; some high-growth operations or startup experience is very much preferred
Ability to work with remote teams to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and need to do them well
Self-starter - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues
Clear communicator. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree is preferred
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Experience in Logistics and/or tech industries preferred
Some exposure and/or experience in B2C/B2B marketplaces a plus
