    SCM Analyst

    Position Summary

    The SCM analyst is a part of the RPM NL (Regional Product Management) department located in Delft. This role supports multiple sales subsidiaries by managing and optimizing the supply chain of monitors in Europe which are distributed from the Centralized Warehouses located in the Netherlands (NL) & Slovakia (SK).

    Role and Responsibilities

    Change management

    • Guide and drive sales subsidiaries with newly implemented projects or processes, monitor progress on a regular basis and report to head of department
    • Frequent communication with sales subsidiaries SCM & Sales teams in order to achieve given target or projects to be completed within timeline
    • Cooperate with inbound/outbound team to sense any risk related to on time supply and solve the issues
    • Cooperate with sales teams in Europe to establish minimum and maximum inventory levels and secure a healthy supply chain

    Reporting and improvement

    • Analyze data and setup relevant reports in order to manage responsibilities and inform management;
    • Analyze forecasts, orders and relevant data in order to create improvements to processes and procedures.
    • Analyze on time inbound and outbound performance from the factory abroad to EU customers, sense the sales related risk by the analysis and set up relevant countermeasure.

    Projects and Process innovation

    • Propose process improvements and implement approved proposals in order to increase efficiency/ effectiveness/ process quality
    • Coordinate and execute improvement projects in order to enhance value added activities, procedures and systems
    • Support specific product Taskforces to improve service

    Skills and Qualifications

    For this role we are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and communication skills. This position requires fluency in the English language. Our candidate is a flexible problem-solver with a helicopter view and a strong hands-on mentality that is able to work individually as well as in teams.

    We are looking for a person with:

    • A Bachelor/Master degree sales/ marketing
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • 5 - 7 years working experience
    • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, VBA Macro or Script)
    • Experience with Qlik Sense is preferred
    • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
    • Experience in a SCM role within IT business (Mobile, TV, Display and Etc.)
