As an experienced Salesforce CRM Application Manager, you have proven knowledge with managing Salesforce CRM application-based solutions. You collaborate with internal teams to understand key CRM requirements across Sales, Marketing and Service as their trusted advisor for anything related to CRM. You assess whether requirements are complete and comprehensive. You work in an Agile team with business and IT members and report to our Manager ERP Competence Center. Primary work location is at our headquarters in Arnhem.
Gathering and Documentation
Understand the global architecture guidelines and principles and translate this from a Salesforce platform point of view.
Understand market-to-order and order-to-cash processes and best practices so that you can create CRM functional requirements and design specifications.
Review, validate and translate business requirements into best possible solutions in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
Carry out business process analysis and draw detailed CRM process improvements to propose a solution to the requirements gathered.
Create fit - gap analysis to assess how well the solution meets business requirements and collaborate with the business to resolve potential issues.
Plan and execute solution
Determine whether we can implement the solution in-house or need external support.
Manage the internal and external teams to complete the solution.
Perform UAT & deployment of the executed solution and release it to the organization.
Support training of business stakeholders and key-users.
Undertake all duties of the Salesforce CRM System administrator, which a.o. includes: user management, security, adoption etc.
Responsible for 1st line support and execute second line support.
Stay up-to date on regulations, trends, and innovations in the CRM field.
Your profile You have a Bachelor’s (hbo) degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) in a professional services/consulting or industry setting. You have at least successfully completed 1 full life cycle Salesforce implementation. Furthermore:
Experience with Agile way of working for development and implementation of Software applications.
Project management skills with ability to estimate, plan and effectively execute & control projects to deliver agreed upon scope on time within budget.
Other Salesforce certifications for example Advance Admin, CPQ, Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
Dutch & English communication skills (knowledge of the German language is appreciated).
