This position will be part of the Western European flavor commercial team and you will act as sales support for the Benelux account managers. It is a challenging dynamic position and you are responsible for direct day to day contact with key customers within the region. It will be required to build a solid and trustful relationship with the customers and with various departments internally (production, supply chain, quality, regulatory) in order to develop a high level of service to the customers. It is required to anticipate customer needs.
Responsibilities and skills:
As a Sales Service Representative, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by building customer relationships at relevant levels and providing customer support for issues with maximum efficiency and accuracy. To be successful in this position, you will have 7+ years' expeience in sales service and/or supply chain customer service and a 4-year Bachelor's Degree. You will also have excellent organizational and project coordination skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
Main point of contact for our Benelux customers for all day to day activities such as:
Project entry and status
- Handling sampling- and documentation requests
- Manage correct follow up of quality- and regulatory requests
Preparation of pricelists
Develop a strong network with IFF internal supply chain (production, supply chain, quality, regulatory)
Prepare pricelists in accordance with the account manager
Prepare and analyze sales overviews
Previous customer service and/or support experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Committed, customer oriented
Solid problem solving skills, eye for detail
Individual contributor and team player
Pleasant and positive personality, reliable, flexible mindset, excellent interpersonal skills
Computing skills (Word, Excel, SAP)
Fluent in Dutch and English
