As a Sales Support Associate, you will support our European Veterinary Software and Services team.
Within the IDEXX family, there is a group of animal lovers as well as technology enthusiasts – the IDEXX Veterinary Software & Services team. Being built in our international HQ in the Netherlands, we have several information management solutions which help veterinary clinics run most efficiently and optimize communication with their clients. The software allows veterinarians, technicians and practice managers to access patient data anytime, anywhere.

In this Role
Your day to day portfolio will vary from sales administrative support to being involved with project management. The majority of your time will be dedicated to assist the Sales Team in setting up new clients, sending out quotes and creating and managing contracts. In addition, in this role you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as (but not limited to): processing purchase orders, invoices and managing equipment.
You will also:
Lead onboarding of new team members getting equipment, badges, etc.
Plan and coordinate team events (business and social)
Assists in managing project boards and tracking deadlines
You will get full autonomy in your work and ample support when you need it from day one.

What You Will Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll have a positive attitude and high energy along with a proven track record of managing administrative tasks within a global matrix organization. Next to that, you will fit in well if you can be described as:

You are a confident natural networker, able to grow strong relationships with colleagues/customers at all levels and bring people together.
A solution-driven mindset, you are pro-active by nature, with a high degree of reliability and strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy – excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs and adapts easily to new tools (knowledge of Webex and Concur is a plus)
Fluent in English and Dutch – both verbal & written communication.
