Established since 1998, Bucci Industries is one of the most important supplier in The Netherlands of high-quality barfeeding machines. IEMCA (brand of the Bucci group and Worldwide leader in this branch) is committed to serving the metal industry (especially the machine tool sector). At present, the Bucci group has more than 900 employees all around the world with a manufacturing and R&D covering more than 60,000 square meters in our different plants based in Italy. Bucci has also a branch in automation for the Healthcare and the industrial sector (Sinteco robotics automation). The several companies of the Bucci group are ISO certified and the products are listed or registered with CE(EU), FDA(USA) and NMPA(China) and many other countries. Due to the delicate sales network Bucci Industries decided this year to increase is activities in The Netherlands, actually done by Belgium. Due to the real success, Bucci decided to invest in a new to come sales network for The Netherlands, the first step will be done now by the need of a National Sales Representative to take care of our existing clients in the country (+/- 40 large companies) and of course to increase our presence in the country. In this particular sector Bucci Industries (IEMCA) has always been dedicating to be the leading supplier in the world.
About the role:
In order to realize the vision of promoting the development of our products the company expect that the to come National Sales Representative can learn our product knowledge and get familiar with the mentality of our family group in order to be able to recommend products to professional people and expand our presence in The Netherlands.
Increase our sales activities around important existing customers and prospection of new potential clients;
Responsible for the sales development but also for all maintenance/repair with our technical department based today in Belgium and Germany;
Responsible for maintaining the relationship with our existing partners and agents;
Organize exhibitions, invite potential clients (factory tour during open house days in Italy) and to participate and develop the future sales strategy;
Responsible for investigating the local market and competitive products, doing product analysis, looking for potential customers;
Participate in the formulation of monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales targets and marketing plans. With the help of your General Manager, formulate and implement activities and marketing programs.
Working experience around the metal industry will be a good advantage but not absolutely needed, all other channel development in sales will be appreciated especially excellent conditions should to be relax in all kind of situation. Comfortable in sales, young candidates are also welcome.
Basic business and channel development knowledge, strong executive ability, flexible use of business negotiation and communication skills, strong learner will be appreciated.
Dutch will be most of the time used, English in all kinds of office software, have certain data analysis ability, clear thinking, strong logical ability. Speaking French will be helpful but not a real need. All other language could be helpful as well…
Home office/car office (customer visits) and once a week in our offices in Belgium
