For our furniture and construction components adhesive market we are looking for a sales representative to cover all industrial production customers from a sales and technical perspective. In this role, you will be working closely with our top-notch global functions including technical customer service, business development, marketing, product innovation and getting full support to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers.
Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with the business unit strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
Executes customer roadmap and manages/closes respective customer growth opportunities using the customer relationship management tools.
Executes pricing actions
Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
Coordinates with technical service to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
Delivers sales growth objectives as well as profit expectation in territory and defined accounts
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality accountability
To promote, announce and apply the Henkel Policy, the Henkel guidelines like the Henkel Values, Code of Conduct, Leadership and Teamwork and Sustainability, etc. within the scope of responsibility.
To assure the application and development of: the management systems, the standards and guidelines established by the Henkel Group, the safety standards, the legal applicable dispositions, the international standards and voluntary commitments
Continuous exchange of information with our technical & marketing department in Germany.
Full knowledge of Microsoft programs
Willing to travel in BNL region and from time to time Germany,
