Are you a proactive Sales Recruiter with excellent German and understanding of sales profiles? Consider joining our driven, expanding team at Applied Medical Europe. As our Sales Recruiter you will focus on advising and supporting our German speaking sales hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You possess the capacity to advise high-level managers, in combination with performing “hands-on” recruitment including administrative tasks. You have a modern and innovative take on recruitment and know how to translate this into a clear and successful approach. Together with our excellent team, you will take initiatives to further develop recruitment to support the organization in an optimal way, including the use of our ATS.
The European recruitment team plays a critical role in all phases of the recruiting and hiring processes for our 16 entities in Europe. Our team is dedicated to exceeding all our customers’ needs and providing them with excellent support and advice.
We are open for candidates living in Germany. Within Applied Medical the title of this position is Recruiter.
Advise and support sales Hiring Managers throughout the complete recruitment process (including postings, phone screens, interviews, offers, etc.)
Effectively and timely source and attract suitable candidates using different tools (social media platforms, job boards, etc.)
Act as a system expert for the company-wide ATS system, providing support and training to the hiring managers
Ensure a great candidate experience and keep the ATS updated
Work according to the recruitment procedures and strategies of Applied Medical, monitoring that these are followed
Perform administrative tasks e.g. write (ads) and post vacancies, send offer letters, etc.
Contribute to the strengthening of the employer brand of Applied Medical
Work on recruitment-related projects and suggest overall improvements
Facilitate recruitment workshop for internal team members and hiring managers
Attend and co-facilitate internal training and sales events as deemed necessary
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of relevant experience within recruitment (agency/corporate/in-house)
Proficient with social media recruitment platforms
Experience with an ATS is required
Excellent Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required
Knowledge of other European languages is preferred
Excellent administrative skills and experience with complex processes
Work experience in an international environment is preferred
