We are scaling fast via a buy and build strategy and organic growth and continuously launching our activities in new geographies. At this moment there are over 230 CLEVR colleagues which we expect to double at least within the next few years.
The context and your responsibility:
The new Sales Operations team will be the beating heart of the international sales organisation. All sales related processes will be managed by this central team, freeing up time from salespeople by organizing and managing sales administration, structuring all sales related information, and organizing the Quote-to-Invoicing processes, including a smooth handover to Finance and working closely with our Services and Support Teams. Sales Operations is the functional owner of all sales related software tools such as CRM (currently HubSpot), Microsoft Teams and SharePoint as well as Confluence. The Sales Operations Manager will be a member of the Commercial Leadership team and will carry a shared responsibility for the sales results. This is a unique opportunity to create a new team within a quickly growing and very ambitious organisation in an exciting market segment. The Sales Operations Manager is expected to expand this new team with additional team members.
What makes up your day:
Managing a team of Sales Operations Specialists and representing this team within Commercial Leadership Team;
Increase productivity of the sales team by handling a variety of sales related tasks;
The first point of contact for incoming customer communication and queries from other functions in the company;
Maintaining company CRM system, driving sales team ‘data discipline’ and creating sales forecast and reporting;
Preparing and organizing sales meetings and client events;
Creating standard sales documents such as quotes and order forms;
Maintaining a repository of standard text blocks and documents to support creation of RFP’s and bids;
Maintaining a contract database and managing all contract renewals;
Managing an efficient Quote-to-Order process;
Ensuring smooth Order Flow handover to Finance.
What you bring:
Experience in a similar role in a software and services company;
Experience managing an international team;
Organized, disciplined and a positive can-do attitude;
Excellence in stakeholder management;
Proficiency in the English language, German and/or Dutch preferred;
Digital tools proficiency, experience in working with MS Office and CRM;
Ability to work under time pressure, not distracted by workload while keeping an eye for detail and quality of work;
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal.
